Shipping and Handling

To ensure quality, products are produced in very small batches.

We try to mail orders within 4-5 business days, but please allow up to 10 for processing and printing, and 3-10 days for mailing (within the United States) or 3 weeks (internationally). We regularly seek to reduce this timeline as much as possible as often as possible.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected for all orders shipped to destinations within the state of Illinois in the United States.

To the best of our ability, we will ensure international customers are not surprised with fees when they receive their order. If you have notes that can help, please let us know. This area of postal law is extremely confusing.

Please contact office@netherworldpost.com with questions or requests for details on status. Given staff size, it may take 24-72 hours to get back to you. Please do not send us direct messages on social media, those inboxes are not regularly monitored, and under no circumstance would we use them to discuss order details.

VAT Tax

Starting July 1st, 2021, if you live in an area that requires VAT TAX to be paid, you are responsible for paying that. This applies to the UK, please ask your local post office for additional details if needed.

International Customs

We are not responsible for any customs charged by individual countries.

"The post office says it is delivered but I do not have it."

Please contact the post office for assistance, we cannot replace items that are reported delivered. We only have the tracking information we provide you when we mail the order.
